Once your clients find their dream home but need help making it truly theirs, I am here to bring their vision to life. From major renovations to selecting materials, fixtures, appliances, and paint colors, I will guide them through every step of the process. I have built strong relationships with trusted vendors and contractors. I work hard to keep a smooth and seamless experience from start to finish.
I can assess the scope of the project to determine if a project-based fee or an hourly rate would better suit your clients needs. My standard rate is $150 per hour.
